FBS's billing system had grown into a patchwork of vendor-specific flows across iOS, Android, desktop, and web — no shared visual language, no consistent logic for deposits or withdrawals.

I audited the existing flows across all platforms, identified where users were dropping off, and led the redesign into a single system: standardized payment method cards and one consistent interaction model for deposits and withdrawals, applied across every product touchpoint.

The simplified scenarios cut steps to a minimum and led to a 35% increase in first-time deposit conversion.
